I’m a -year old teacher, recently divorced, looking for a roommate to either share expenses or help me a little around the apartment.

If you just want a place to stay, I will rent out a bed/bath for $/months (the rent is $ plus utilities).

If you are interested in FREE RENT, we can discuss some options. I’m in a wheelchair and need some help with my daily routine, if you are interested in helping me, I would be happy to let you stay rent free.
