Looking for a roommate for my Santa Monica Apartment: located conveniently near an Erewhon, Trader Joe’s, and with a garden next door. The unit is bath with a gated parking garage with a designated spot, a tree lined patio, and two levels with an in unit washer/dryer. Rent is $ a month, with all utilities included in the rent, already furnished, and some storage space is available in the garage as well. A bit about me, I’m a year old alliances consultant that likes to snowboard, hike, and read. I’m a naturally orderly, neat person and pretty easy going.
