Townhome - Super Economic Room for

Hi there!

I have just moved to Atlanta, and you are in luck because I’m in a townhome in Old 4th Ward with a room available at a super attractive price and about half of the time I’m out.

So here is the deal: I would like to have someone at the townhome which is fully furnished except the room that’s for rent. The place is new, the room for rent has a huge individual bathroom which is included obviously. The townhome has a washer and a dryer, and the place is walking distance from downtown and all kind of amenities. I’m a gearhead and the garage is full, but no worries because there is plenty of parking space outside.

In exchange, I would need help when I’m traveling and someone take care of my cat when possible. He does not cause any allergies and doesn’t scratch. I must warn, he is a master manipulator, he will try to take advantage of you.

I just expect to have someone friendly at the house and responsible. I’m looking for someone to behave like adult, that cleans after him/herself. Feel free to have decent people at the place but no wild parties since there’s is HOA.

The property management company will conduct a background-credit check.

As for me, I’m an engineer and now I’m the USA branch manager for a foreign company in the United States for power generation. I have lived in Florida for over years, and the last 4 I resided in NYC. I grew up in Spain and studied in Spain and England.
