Room in West Asheville

A room on the second floor of a two-story house in West Asheville will be available for move-in on January . There is space in between the upstairs rooms that you can use for storage and hanging clothes. The bathroom is located on the first floor and will be shared with one person.

There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The kitchen has all the standard appliances (refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and sink).

There is a large backyard with a fire pit, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4, cornhole, and a back deck with outdoor tables/seating. There is a covered front porch and yard as well. Feel free to have friends over and host get-togethers!

The house is miles off of Haywood Road and is 7 minutes by car to downtown Asheville.
