Hey! I’m in search of a 3rd roommate! The rent is including utilities here in stephenville. Ten min walk to the middle of Tarleton Campus. Me and the other girl are finishing out the spring semester and then moving out at the Beginning of may, the lease ends at the end of May! HAVE TO BE APPROVED BY LEASING OFFICE (background check, etc.)
