Subleasing my room (Jan/Feb)

Opis

I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Alight Tempe from January-May . It is a private bedroom and bathroom within a 3-bedroom apartment. 5 minute walk to the Valley Metro station, convenient for travelling to the ASU campus. Available starting in January, can move in before the start of the Spring semester. Here are the details:

Lease

• Rent total is $/month, all utilities included.
• Lease handover will involve the Alight management directly.
• This is a short-term lease ending on May . This can be extended into a full-term lease that ends in July and that will entitle you to a lower monthly rate, to be determined by the management.
• January and February’s
rent will be completely paid by me.

Bedroom

• 2 sets of bedsheets, pillowcases, and blankets are included. 1 pillow is also included.
• I will be leaving behind a mini fridge, standing fan, bed rest pillow, rug, and box. All will be free for you to use.
• 2 desk lamps are included.
• Large window with view of balcony.

Main room

• In unit washing machine and dryer included.
• 1 television and 2 sofas outside the bedrooms.
• Furnished kitchen with dishwasher.
• Private storerooms for each roommate.

Roommate preferences

• Preferably male, as both roommates are male.
• No pets.
• Current or future Student at Arizona State University (ASU)
