I’m looking for a female to take over my lease at the HERE Kansas. It is a 5 minute walk to campus! January rent is already paid and will pay February and March rent also. The lease ends at the end of July and you can move in at any time. The rent is $909 a month + utilities. It is a 4x2 premium for bedroom A. The room also comes with a TV.
