Looking for new roommate!

currently in the Surfside Apartments in Jax Beach looking for a new roommate. My current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend so I need someone to take over her lease! It’s a bath that’s a block from the beach! Each tenant has an assigned parking spot. The lease starts April 1st.

About me!

I’m years old and work in a chemistry lab downtown. I love running so I’m a volunteer high school cross country coach in the fall! I love to do anything outside (and obviously beach related). I love hanging out with friends, trying new restaurants, making crafts/anything artsy, walking or just having wine/movie nights at home! I’m clean and organized so would like to find someone who is easy to live with!

Rent is $ a month, utilities are about $. The room is the master with a double sink and 2 walk in closets.

The apartment is sq ft total with in-unit laundry, A/C, and shared kitchen/living space/extra front room. It’s all clean and well-maintained. It is pet friendly as well!
