Seeking Respectful Housematees

Opis

I have a home with an open room at the intersection of Pink Dahlia Dr and Red Orchid. There are three people currently - myself, a young man who works at a restaurant, and a young man who works at a valet. I have two hypoallergenic Siamese cats. All housemates are clean and respectful. I work from home as a software engineer.

This room effectively has a private bathroom, because it is the only room on the bottom floor of the house and only the person in this room uses the restroom on the first floor.

I would ask $ monthly for rent. Utilities covered
