• Private bedroom
• Private full bathroom
• Your own private covered parking spot
• Laundry in unit
• Balcony with views of Runyon Canyon
• Communal rooftop deck with Runyon views
• Your bedroom and bathroom are in a separate section of the apartment with a door for added privacy

Rent: $
Lease: Ideally a 1 year lease takeover, but month to month may be possible.

I like to keep the place clean. I work abroad often, so you will have the entire apartment to yourself for long stretches during the summer and fall.

About me:
I like to host chill nights sometimes and I clean regularly. I love trying new food spots and I am open to us being friends or just keeping it as respectful roommates.
