Looking for a sublease!

looking for someone to sublease my room next semester while I study abroad!!! ( Janunary-June/over the summer if possible!) Rent is plus utilities so usually a little over but at this point I’m willing to compromise a reduced price. The house is a duplex, and our unit is bath. There will be 3 other girls in our unit, but we are friends with the 5 other girls (and very friendly cat) in the unit upstairs. Everyone’s super nice and welcoming! There is lots of street parking and a driveway If needed. It’s a 4 minute drive to UMD, and only a 1 minute walk to the bus stop. There is also a washer ($3 fee) and dryer (free) included.
