Close to the Kroger Shopping Center on Broadway. Not a lot of room for much furniture and not a lot of storage space as you only have one small closet.

Host is very quiet and very private and hardly ever has guests. Lease is in 3 month spurts with the potential of the room lasting months depending on how things go every days.
