Renting out a room for $/month to a single person. The home looks just about brand new. Utilities + Wi-Fi are covered under the monthly rent. You’ll share a bathroom with one other person. Unfortunately, the room is not furnished. There is parking available in the driveway, and you can use the garage to store stuff. The room is available now and the lease is month-to-month from the start so there's no long-term commitment.
First month rent + $ deposit is due upon moving in.
