Hey! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for the winter term in a penthouse apartment with awesome amenities. The unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer, private study rooms, gated indoor parking, a hot tub, gym, movie theater, printer access, and a surveillance-guarded mail room. The maintenance staff is great and very responsive.
You’d be sharing the space with one roommate who’s super chill and easy to live with. The biggest bonus is that January is completely FREE, which makes this a great deal for winter term.
