I’ve loved this apartment for almost three years now. I really love the neighborhood and have never felt unsafe. It’s super close to the river, potterfield bridge, browns island, and forest hill park! Studio is right across the street and Le petite morceau bakery is also scheduled to open across the street very soon (which I’m honestly sad to miss)

It has central air, a cute private patio, updated appliances, an in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and great bathroom storage. There is a parking lot in the back that is included in your rent, but also plenty of street parking in the front of the building. Secured entrance and mail room. Maintenance has always been super responsive, but with it being a newer building I haven’t had many issues at all.
