Lease transfer

Opis

I'm looking for a female roommate to take over my lease from Feb and lease expires at May (extendable). It is good 2bedroom and 1 bathroom Townhouse apartment with In-Unit washer and dryer, yard located on Harmon Street (near scott stadium) which is near to rice hall( 5 mins by walk) and will be sharing the room with female roommate (ECE PhD).

Accessible to Red line (2 mins away ) , Orange line , Green line and Gold line (5 mins away) and CAT stops

The rent is $
+ utilities ( water+wifi+electricity+renters insurance) which is around $
per person.
