Plus, this room is the closest to the front door so it’s like you have your own entrance 😁 the roommates are super chill, respectful, and timely!
I am moving unfortunately and I need someone to take over this lease!

I really don’t want my bed and things so for a cute fee of $ you can have a twin size bed with the frame! Totally optional!


There is no security deposit necessary!
Just pay for the month of January and you can have the keys!


Utilities are pretty cheap! Around $ for water, gas, electricity

And $ for Internet!

Parking is super easy, I usually park right out front.
