Renting out a room and bath in my b apartment. Utilities will be covered in rent cost but on average it’s like . Just moved in and signed a month lease with this apartment complex. Looking to get a roommate the place is pretty spacious and has all the essentials. Central Air/Heat, Washer/Dryer, Resort style pool, hot tub, grills, /hr gym with a yoga studio.
