Female roommate

Hey guys I’m a year old female looking for a roommate in south point Durham area. Rent is $ each. You’d have a private room with your own bathroom. I want to resign the lease because I have truly enjoy renting for this company and everything is so close to me. Having chapel hill, downtown Durham, Raleigh, Cary minutes away. The airport being minutes is a bonus. I would like to resign the lease by January 1st. Reach out to me if you are interested. I would prefer a female roommate. Also utilities vary from each depending on how much is used.
I’m currently in grad school and work full time. I enjoy socializing when the time is given. I value keeping our common areas clean at all times. I would prefer a roommate without any pets as I have a timid cat that stays in my room. Reach out to me if interested.
