Roommate wanted to share a bath gorgeous and large two-story townhome located minutes from UofA off of Plantano between Speedway and
Broadway. Near lots of shopping, restaurants and public transport. The room is unfurnished but rest of the house is and you will be sharing a bathroom with one of the roommates. Both roommates are sophomore pre-med students at U of A who are fun and love to socialize but serious about their studies. Townhome complex has two pools and Pickleball courts. Rent is only hundred and fifty per month plus one third of utilities and Wifi. Refundable deposit is also due upon move-in. Sorry but no pets allowed. Available (maybe possible to move in before Christmas) with current lease ending August with possibility of renewal. Application fee of forty for the Trans Union background and credit screening.
