I have a lovely spacious 2 bedroom with a room available. Modern appliances, wood panel floors, the heater works very well in winter, and the neighborhood is very quiet with lots of restaurants. 2 blocks from the pink line with 2 grocery stores blocks away. Rent, electricity , and Internet will be split evenly. Laundry is downstairs with washer and dryer being each. The room will be unfurnished.

I am looking for someone who is quiet, doesn't have company, and doesn't party to hard. There is no smoking or drinking in unit. Must be able to prove income. Credit check not necessary. Leases are for 3 months at a time.

I am a yr old male. I am quiet, keep things clean, I'm either working, at the gym, or playing video games. Very easy going and I like to keep things peaceful and stress free. I get apong with pretty much everyone and I respect/appreciate privacy and personal space as well as common house etiquette.
