Looking for a housemate!

Hello! My and my brother are looking for a new housemate to move in to our newly rented home in Wood Street (council tax band C) from beginning of January or ASAP. It is a 3-bed with a lounge, dining room, garden, kitchen, bathroom (with a bath and two showers). I am a freelance yoga instructor and youth engagement officer, and Jack is an actor and IT asset manager. We also have a loving and sociable tuxedo cat called mellow :) We both work hybrid. The room available measures cm, large enough for a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. We are both very laid back, fun people, who don’t take life too seriously and hold a very strong work/life balance. The house is already furnished, however if you have any things you’d like to add to the house I’m sure there would be space for your creativity :) we would love to meet in person and chat properly!
