Looking for Room Near Mt. Juliet

Hi, I'm currently looking due to the inconvenience of my living situation and mental drain from family members. I believe I would be a good fit because I tend to keep to myself, deliver rent in a timely manner, & am generally pleasant to be around. I do not have pets nor intend to have any. I don't do drugs nor cannabis anymore. Drinking is mainly social for me on occasions. How I may not be a good fit for others would be wanting to be able to bring guests over including overnight stays. It would not be an everyday occurrence because I work fairly often. Also, long showers & time in the bathroom. I am able to communicate and work out a fair agreement/schedule on these sorts that is comfortable for the person(s) I'm living with.
Looking for:
• Up to $ per month that includes utilities.
• Prefer $ weekly payments and low deposit
• Place located fairly close to work in Mt Juliet(which influences how much I'm willing to pay due to Uber costs)
• Can move in furnished or unfurnished
• Do not require WiFi access
• I am accepting of pets. Minimum cats due to allergies
• Parking space isn't needed atm. I currently Uber to where I gotta be
• Willing to take up duties of the house for decreased rent
