Hi, my name is Adrian. I moved to Philly and am now renting out my house. The currents tenants are either professionals working at the hospital or are graduate students. This is a very mellow, non-party, house. I am looking for someone to fit in well with this environment.

The room for rent shares a bathroom with ONE other tenant. So you wouldn't be sharing with a whole household.

There is parking onsite in the two car garage for a monthly fee. If you want to avoid extra cost, there is street parking that isn't bad right out front as well.

Utilities are not included.
