My boyfriend and I are renting a two bedroom 2 bathroom house with a small fenced in backyard located within walking distance to downtown Prescott. Location offers beautiful hiking areas, parks and grocery stores, food and convenience stores all within walking distance. We want to rent out our 2nd bedroom to one person, female or male, must be twenty-one or older. The Room is decently sized, includes a large and a small window, ceiling fan, small amount of closet space but if needed we have a large shed in our backyard to store your belongings and if needed we have a queen size air mattress and wooden desk available for use during your stay for a one time fee, shared bathroom, great shower head and pressure, washer and dryer in house, shared kitchen and living room. Living room has 1 large couch, 1 small couch, and a in TV, kitchen includes double sink, 4 gas stove top burners and has oven, microwave, large 2 tub airfryer, blender, double toaster unit, no dishwasher must handwash all of your dishes and right after using them, great A/C and heater, the house warms up or cools down quickly, month to month lease, all utilities included. hundred a month. We are 4-twenty friendly so if that is an issue please don't apply. No smoking cigarettes inside but Outdoors is fine. Also, no frequent guests unless it's a significant other as we don't have guests over often and absolutely NO DRAMA.
