Private Chef needs Quiet spacee

Hello there, I’m a private chef that has relocated to the Fort Worth area going through the homeownership process after a quiet divorce ! I work at a private supper club in downtown Fort Worth and also have families and individuals that I work for privately while in PA school ! My budget is $ per month without utilities included but I’m willing to rent a space for up to $ a month with utilities included. I would prefer a space with an en-suite , private bathroom and garage space preferably in a house. Or a large apartment with a private bathroom with available parking near said property I do have a two year old boxer named Drake that one of my adult children is taking care of at the moment but if you live in a house and have a yard I would love to bring him with me at some point. I’m an empty Nester that is quite busy looking for a space to study sleep and be at peace. My work gets hectic and sometimes chaotic and I would just like a space to decompress and rest on my days off.
