Room for Rent – (Utilities Included)
I’m renting out a furnished private room upstairs in my three-bedroom home near Wayside and Tidwell in Northeast Houston.


The Space
The room comes fully furnished and includes a small refrigerator for your personal use. You’ll share a clean, well-kept bathroom with one other person.
Shared spaces—kitchen, living room, dining area, and laundry room—are available for you to use and we do our best to keep everything tidy and respectful.


Utilities
Utilities and internet are included in the rent, so there are no extra monthly fees.


House Rules / Environment
For everyone’s comfort, the home is smoke-free and vape-free, and we don’t allow drug use.
We have one indoor cat, so unfortunately we can’t take in additional pets.


Who We Are
I’m a student and spend most of my time studying, and my thirty-two year-old sister works as a mail carrier.
We’re both pretty quiet, respectful, and keep to ourselves. The home stays peaceful, and we appreciate a calm living environment.


What We’re Looking For
We’re hoping to find someone who can provide rental history and income verification and who can pass a background check.
A credit check may also be required (you can confirm this here if needed).


Lease Details
The deposit is required prior to moving in, and I’m flexible with one to twelve months lease terms


Location
The home is about twenty- minutes drive from places like the George R. Brown Convention Center, Daikin/Minute Maid Park, Discovery Green, and the Medical Center.
There is driveway parking available, and you can also park on the street.
