Located in a nice gated neighborhood and minutes from Downtown Phoenix and minutes from Tempe, close to South Mountain.The house has a fully furnished living room and kitchen, plus a 2-car garage and 2 outdoor parking spots so youll get a remote. there are 2 males and one female who live here already.We’re clean, easygoing, and respectful. We work full-time and like to keep the house relaxed.
