Room for rent in house in Apex

This is a room for rent to share a house in Apex. I am male who works for himself and usually gone during the day. I don’t party or smoke. I do have a German Sheppard dog that is very friendly. The house is updated and is in a very nice, quiet location. The monthly rent includes all utilities such as gas/electric, water, trash, and WiFi. We do have the fastest WiFi from AT & T.
