Hi, I have a bathroom apartment with one room available. I have a chill personality and am looking for someone easy going to live with who is friendly and respectful like me.

I've had really cool roommates in the past from all walks of life. Music, arts, entertainment, computers, etc.


Some rules for the Apt community are: no pets, no parties, and no smoking. $ application/background check fee. Only park in your designated garage spot.

I am open to either male or female roommates, but no children please.
