Tidy and friendly roommate wanted:)

Opis

I have a two bathroom and two bedroom apartment on the first floor. It has a finished basement (currently empty except for a desk) and a 2 car garage. There is also a dining room.
It has a washer and dryer in unit. I am looking for a roommate who is clean and tidy. I do have 2 pet kitties, so no more pets are allowed per the lease. The guest bedroom is furnished with a dresser, tv, twin bed, and has a large closet. The lease is up in May. We could renew depending on how things go.
