Hey! I’m renting out a private room in my apartment starting January. You’ll have your own bedroom and private bathroom, plus an in-unit washer and dryer.

The place is very quiet, clean, and relaxed. I’ve got a lot of plants, so the apartment has a cozy, peaceful vibe. I’m an easy-going guy and I work two jobs, so I’m honestly not home much.

Rent is a flat $/month, and that covers everything,
internet, gas, electricity, water, and parking. No splitting bills or surprises.
