Photos updated . Hello! I have the upstairs of my home available for rent. It is a very large room with a private half bath. On the main floor you will have access to the kitchen, laundry room, and shower. Parking can be along the road or in the lot behind our fence (it’s the same property). There also extra storage room in the basement if you need it!

The deposit is $ (refundable) and rent is $. This covers rent and all utilities, including fiber internet.

Minimum qualifications are: a single occupant (no couples) with solid employment, clean background check, no cats or dogs, and no cigarettes. I will need to ask you a few questions and check your references before an in-person tour, but I’m available to do a video call tour any time.
