Hi every roommates and I are looking for a female (preferably yrs) to take over our fourth roommates lease. We are all female juniors at VCU and would need someone to take over only for this spring semester. While rent is , with utilities it will come out around a month. You have your own room and own bathroom as well as a shared kitchen, living room, and in unit laundry. A 5min drive to VCU campus.
