A couple blocks from Lake Merritt BART and a couple blocks from the ferry. Amtrak right across the street. It’s got a porch. Garage parking available. Stairwell right next to the unit and elevator in the building. Gym and private patio/roof park as well. Master bedroom (furnished with bed) or office (cot) available, price negotiable. Entire place is about after parking and utilities so I would ask for about half of that. A little more or a little less depending on if you want the master bedroom or not.
I have a cat and would be ok if you have a cat as well, no dogs thank you. and alcohol are fine, have people over, etc. I’m an ai programmer and I just watch movies and go out for drinks a couple times a week and ride my scooter around the hood.
