Minimal belongings beyond your bedroom are best, though I’m open to adding to the Japandi-inspired aesthetic. I’m looking for a roommate who values cleanliness and shared responsibility, as I’ve often found myself managing everything alone. If you're someone who doesn’t leave dishes in the sink, turns off the AC/heat when not in use, and takes out the trash, we’ll get along great! I prefer no random overnight guests or constant parties.

That said, I’m easy-going, family-oriented, and don’t mind visitors. The rooftop is perfect for hosting, so if you enjoy having friends over, I’m all for it—as long as we keep it tidy and respectful!
