We’re looking for someone to fill the third bedroom in our bathroom on Gates Ave ~2 mins away from the Seneca M and ~7 from the Myrtle Wyckoff L/M. We live on the third floor, with a dishwasher in unit and a washer and dryer in the basement. Rent is $/month and we split utilities that are around $/person per month. The bedroom itself has a small closet and its own ac/heat, and can come with the furniture pictured if you’d like it. There’s also a very sweet cat in the aperartment named Lulul! P.S.
