Looking for a subleaser!

I’m planning to move back to my hometown so I am looking for someone to take over my lease at university meadows in December! It ends May th but can be extended if needed. It’s a 3 bedroom apartment, with a nice living room and kitchen, and in unit washer and dryer. You will also get your own bathroom and a walk in closet! You will only have 1 other girl living with you, and she is super sweet and easy to live with. Rent is $ per month not including utilities, but utilities aren’t bad here once they’re split up! I pay about $ with utilities. I will be rent for December and January, but will be moving out December th, so you’d be able to move in starting December th. Message me if interested!
