Great for anyone looking for close convenience to stores and going out. You also get your own personal balcony overlooking the city. $ rent + utilities (WiFi & electric averaging $). Room will come furnished with queen size bedframe, white rattan dresser & mirror. Perfect tropical Florida vibe decor to get you started :) Roomate is in her mid ’s, works Monday-Friday.
