Hi, my name is Lori. I have a house in Plain City about minutes from Dublin and minutes from Hilliard. (Close to Jonathan Alder HS) It is not in a sub division, but we do live close to neighbors. My husband & I are looking for a second roommate. We have our room on one side of the house and your room will be on the other side of the house. You will share a full bathroom with a male long-time tenant. The monthly rent is $ and the room is available December th. All Utilities + internet are included. We have a house cleaner come once a month and that is an extra fee depending, but no more than $.

We are looking for someone who is like us... respectful, neat, chill, and just overall nice people. Specifically, we need someone who is ok with our puppy. He is so cute and friendly. He is never in your way. He won't bother you & we don't have hair in the house. We all use the kitchen, fridge, and washer/dryer. We have our own cabinets & sections of the fridge. We are all respectful of each other's belongings.

You will have an outside parking spot with a garage door opener to come in & out thru the garage. We keep the house relatively cool because I am in my 's. You will have high speed internet and your room will come with a Queen bed, dresser, night stand, closet, window facing back yard, and a TV.

Two of us go to work very early & one person is a night owl. We do not have any visitors over, really. Not saying that you can't have someone over, but no overnight guests/shacking up. We all go to work & want peace & cleanliness in the house. Can you wash your hands & put your dishes in the dish washer? If you see the trash can full, can you take it out? Can you turn the lights off when you leave? These are not big requests, but they're things that we need to discuss.

Deposit is $ & can be split up over 2 months. Rent, you set a date & we stick to it. You can pay every 2 weeks, once a month, or weekly. It must be on time & No Maga idiots.
