Lease takeover!

Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease January 1st or sooner
. Lease goes through July. It’s a nice 3 bedroom house with a big yard in a great neighborhood. It’s about minutes from CSU. It’s a private bedroom and a bathroom you would share with one other girl! It has a garage and a storage room you can use. Two female roommates currently so looking for another female to fill the spot! It’s $/month rent +utilites.
