One room in 2br apartment.

One small bedroom in a 2br apartment in a two family home. It used to be just me and my wife but she recently passed away due to malpractice at Jersey Shore Med Ctr. She was disabled and her disability paid our rent. Now that she's gone I need help and don't want to leave my home. You MUST love dogs but not have one of your own as my dog hates other dogs but loves people to a fault. That is a queen sized bed in the picture. The room will be empty when you move in.
The window ac unit is brand new and will stay in the room. I have new inverters in the house.
