We are looking for individuals who are friendly, well mannered and pay their rent on time! The space we provide is private in a shared apartment. We don't live with you. We include heating, electricity, hot and cold water and all other utilities in one price so you'll be hassle free with a monthly payment that is consistent. The space comes with a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs! We also provide many home essentials like trash bags, dish soap, cleaning detergent, antibacterial hand soap etc.. The apartment is located in a warm, family friendly neighborhood. You have great access to public transportation, many restaurants, supermarkets, laundromats, bars, shopping centers etc.. all within a 5 minute walking distance!
