Hello! My name is Emma! I am years old looking for two roommates to move into my apartment. The apartment
is available on August but you can move in early by subletting from the current tenants. Their rooms may be open as early as June 1st. For each person, the rent is $ per month and there is parking available for $ dollars a month if desired. The apartment’s utilities are approximately $ per month for electricity and $ per month for Wifi. Water/sewer is paid by landlord. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen, and living room. Whoever gets the smaller bedroom also has private use of the small bathroom and an extra closet.

This apartment is located by the BC Reservoir with walking/jogging trails. It has convenient access to the B, C, and D lines (MBTA greenline) with buses ( line to Harvard). It is in close proximity to various restaurants and shops as well.
