In need of a roomie in a 3 bed home

Two story townhouse in a quiet neighborhood with a cute backyard. Close to a variety of grocery and retail stores. Plenty of street parking. Two refrigerators and washer/dryer in unit.

We've been in this lovely home for a year now but losing a roommate due to their job relocation.

We are seasoned, kind souls that love to cook, chat and have fun! If quiet time is warranted, we respect the space. We are looking for an individual that is clean, reliable and communicative to have a happy place to call home.

The management company will require background/credit check to join the lease. Utilities will be split 3 ways between us. Any other questions, please let me know.
