$3k to take over lease

My son and his best friend are transferring away from MTSU. We need to get rid of their lease at Cobalt Row. There place is a . story unit. EVERYTHING is new. New carpet, new laminate floors, new paint. I am a former interior designer and I made their place look SPECTACULAR! We can either leave everything, including dishes and bedding, or we can give you $ - you choose. (Guitars, TV and a few personal items not included but all decor, lighting, etc is yours) We just need to get this rented ASAP! You would have to apply at Cobalt and then we would give the manager at Cobalt the $k to hold in escrow until you signed your lease - then they would either apply it to your rent or you can have the cash. Rent is $/month and lease is through July.
