Rooms for Rent

Hello, I’m Sam and my partner and I recently purchased our home. We have a split-level, b house, in Wyoming, MI , that we would enjoy sharing as it's a bit much for just us. We’re an open minded younger couple who enjoy the outdoors, hanging with friends, the occasional cold beverage, adventuring, relaxing, and embracing the positives in life. We work first shift and are ideally looking for roommates with a similar schedule. We typically stay downstairs with our mastiff breed dog. He warms up to people pretty quick and is friendly with dogs and cats (he stays by us and will be downstairs when we arent home). Upstairs, we have 3 unfurnished private bedrooms, a shared bathroom, kitchen, dining and living area. We’re still working on some finishing touches here and there as well as some furnishings but they are in the works and soon to come! There's some storage space as well as a washer and dryer downstairs that can be used at your discretion. We are located minutes from , in Wyoming, and across the street from a nice, spacious park. We also have a fenced in backyard and an offstreet parking spot for rooms , side street/ parking at the park for Room 3

Ideally, we’re looking for roomate(s) who work fulltime, are clean, respectful, no pets (may consider) and single occupancy preferred. 

    •    Rent would be $ for Rooms , $ - (Wifi/Utilities included)
    •    Looking for a month lease.
    •    First Months rent and Security deposit (1 month's rent) due upon move in.
