Medieval Home

Opis

Beautiful Spanish-style home with a huge dining room, kitchen, and living room, plus a Koi pond in the outdoor area. The available room is a modern sq. ft. addition with its own private entrance. There is one shared bathroom for two people, but I don’t use it much.

A/C, heat, and internet are all included. I usually provide alkaline water, toilet paper, and other basic household supplies.

I’m slowly converting the house into a smart home, so there is whole-home audio as well.

I’m easygoing about dishes and general cleanup as long as things stay reasonable. I don’t do drugs, I don’t smoke anymore, and I’ve mostly quit drinking, though I’m not against it in moderation.

I don’t mind small get-togethers, but big parties are off-limits. There are other tenants upstairs, all people I know well, and each has their own unit.

I also have three cats, who are all pretty awesome.
