Hello! My name is Matthew, and I’m looking for a roommate to join me and my two dogs in Stuart’s Draft. It’s a room for rent, sq feet two story apartment, bath. I work nights, full time, off. I keep a clean place, and I stay to myself for the most part. Utilities such as internet
are included in the list price. Some furniture in the bedroom is negotiable, as my brother isn’t taking it all with him, we can negotiate if there’s anything you’d like to keep! :)
