Roommate search

Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to share my bedroom house with. You would have your own private room and bathroom, and would also have access to the shared spaces like the living rooms, dining area, kitchen, outdoors, etc. I’d welcome an additional dog but would require a security deposit and it would have to get along with my two lb dogs. I’m a very relaxed younger professional that goes into an office in Denver 3 days/week (Tues-Thurs.) outside of that I do a lot of outdoor activities like skiing, hiking, scuba, fly fishing, and always welcome someone to carpool with me! The house is located in a very nice area with great walking paths all around. It’s also very close to the Westminster open space dog park. My commute to RiNo is minutes so perfect for someone working in the city but doesn’t want to actually live in the city! The price listed includes all rent and utility bills and various streaming subscriptions I already have set up. Would love a roommate that doesn’t party. Definitely a non smoker.
